Yes. Astra Medical Group welcomes new patients for primary care, precision medicine, specialty care and select wellness services. You can book online or contact our team for assistance.
02Do you speak Spanish?+
Yes. Hablamos Español. Our bilingual team can assist Spanish-speaking patients with scheduling, visits and questions about their care.
03Do you accept walk-ins without an appointment?+
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome based on same-day availability. Scheduled appointments are recommended whenever possible to minimize wait times and ensure the appropriate provider is available.
04What can I expect at my first visit?+
Your first visit is about understanding the whole picture. Your provider may review your medical history, medications, current concerns, vital signs, preventive needs and any relevant laboratory or diagnostic information.
05Do you offer virtual visits?+
Yes. Telehealth may be available for appropriate consultations and follow-up care. Some conditions, examinations and treatments require an in-person visit.
06Which Astra services can come to my home?+
Selected services are available through Mobile Concierge, including certain IV therapy and foot-care services. Availability depends on location, service and clinical appropriateness.
